First service — adjustment and inspection
Service 1 ensures your bike runs flawlessly after the first kilometres. Components are readjusted and checked so the bike lasts longer and performs at its best.
Annual service for normal use — every 100–150 riding hours
Service 2 is an annual service for bikes in normal use, or every 100–150 riding hours for active riders. It keeps your bike reliable, safe and performing year-round.
When your bike needs cleaning and lubing but you lack the space, bring it to us. We wash your bike carefully, lube the drivetrain and visually check for any bigger service needs.
Any spare parts and additional work are charged separately.
Suspension needs regular service, typically every 100 riding hours. Regular service keeps the fork reliable, extends its life and makes riding more comfortable.
Service intervals vary by model — check your fork manufacturer’s service programme.
Thorough fork service — all seals replaced, damper oil changed and parts cleaned. Significantly improves fork reliability and feel.
Servicing the rear shock on time avoids unnecessary and costly repairs. Includes air can disassembly, cleaning of all parts and new seals.
Full shock rebuild — damper unit opened, all seals replaced, oils changed and gas pressures set per manufacturer specs.

For a regular rider, one service per year is enough. For active riders we recommend 2–3 services per season. Wear parts (chain, brake pads, tyres) are checked based on use. Suspension needs service roughly every 100 riding hours.

Yes. We are an authorised Trek, Orbea, Scott and Bosch eBike service centre, so we handle warranty matters directly with the manufacturers for you.
Additional work is charged by the hour: 1 h = €80 (incl. VAT) or 0.5 h = €40. Minimum charge €25. We provide an estimate in advance.
