Under the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to withdraw from an online order within 14 days of receiving the product. You can submit your notice of withdrawal using the form below.
When you submit the notice, you will receive an email confirmation showing its content and the time of submission. Return instructions and withdrawal terms can be found in our terms of order and delivery.
